Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Business Analyst in Singapore to translate business requirements into system specifications, user stories, and process flows.

You will coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs and design test cases for trade lifecycle events and accounting processes. In this role you will support SIT/UAT phases, assist in obtaining user sign-offs, and document functional flows, test results, and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years as Business Analyst with experience in SQL (data analysis), SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of system integration, interface requirements, data mapping, and end-to-end business process flows.
• Experience in SIT/UAT phases, ensure proper documentation, and assist in transitioning solutions to production teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into system specifications, user stories, process flows, and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
• Design and execute test cases for trade lifecycle events and accounting processes.
