Job summary

Sunline Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Functional Consultant to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable system specifications.

You will guide clients toward standard product capabilities, minimize unnecessary customisation, and prepare detailed FS/SDs, gap analyses, test cases, and user manuals. You will support QA, FAT, SIT and UAT activities, coordinate sign-offs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product,

Qualifications

• Senior: 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Banking Technology.
• Experience in banking systems, core/digital banking, payments, lending, deposits is highly preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and preparation of FSDs.
• Familiar with FAT, SIT and UAT testing processes.
• Able to translate customer pain points into practical system requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, Sales, PMO and Delivery.
• Presales experience (RFP responses, POC support or demonstrations) is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exposure to AI tools for documentation or productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer requirements and translate them into clear functional specs.
• Guide clients to standard product capabilities to minimise customisation.
• Prepare and update FSDs, requirement specifications, gap analyses, user manuals and test cases.
• Conduct walkthroughs and drive customer sign-off across reviews.
• Support QA, FAT, SIT and UAT activities, including test planning and issue tracking.
• Collaborate with customers to strengthen system understanding for UAT readiness.
• Consolidate common requirements across projects and work with Product Management and R&D on enhancements.
• Support presales activities including product demos, POC execution, and RFP responses.
