Job summary

A leading bank in Singapore is hiring a hands-on Business Analyst / UAT Lead to transform business needs into clear requirements and user stories for regional digital banking projects.

You will work with design, product and technology teams on customer journeys and lead UAT across markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and China. Strong documentation, communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience writing business requirements and user stories.
• Experience in UAT, test planning and test execution.
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence and Agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Write business requirement documents and user stories for digital banking projects.
• Review functional specifications with technology teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Lead UAT test strategy, plans, cases and execution end-to-end.
• Coordinate a small team of test analysts on assigned tasks.
• Prepare project documentation including test strategies and traceability matrices.
