Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage quotations and sales orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across the order-fulfillment cycle. You will work with customers, Sales, Logistics, Product Management and suppliers to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.

The role requires attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales operations, order management or customer operations.
• Experience processing quotations and sales orders in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing or distribution B2B settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of quotations and sales orders accurately within SLA targets.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat and other channels, providing accurate information on availability, pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Product Management and suppliers to resolve order issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage order exceptions, changes and escalations to minimise delays.
• Support customer account registration, screening and master data accuracy.
