Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to manage B2B quotations and sales orders, supporting customers throughout the order process. You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Product Management and suppliers to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include processing quotations and orders, verifying details, handling amendments, registrations, inquiries, and guiding customers to self-service tools while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in B2B sales operations, order management, or customer service.
• Experience handling high-volume quotations and orders.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations and sales orders accurately and on time.
• Verify order details (pricing, part numbers, quantities, delivery info) and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations, and delivery date changes.
• Manage new customer account registration and screening.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
• Handle order exceptions and claims, liaising with internal teams and suppliers.
• Guide customers to use self-service tools (e-commerce platform, chatbot).
• Suggest and support process improvements.
