Job summary

Kit Cat International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated B2B Sales & Merchandising Executive to manage and grow relationships with existing retailers in Singapore.

The role focuses on customer retention, account growth, and delivering excellent service to maximize sales opportunities. You will handle sales account management, in-store merchandising, and provides regular updates on performance. Candidates with 1+ year in sales, bilingual Mandarin, and strong Excel skills are preferred; Class 3/3A

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate.
• 1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be bilingual to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Target driven personality.
• Class 3/3A Singapore license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing retail outlets to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to maintain customer engagement, understand business needs, and identify sales opportunities.
• Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, new product introductions, and promotional activities.
• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and utilise CRM data to recommend suitable products and increase sales revenue.
