B2K PET PRODUCTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales & Merchandising Executive in Singapore to manage and grow existing retail accounts, drive B2B sales, and deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes outlet visits, CRM-driven opportunities, and effective merchandising across diverse stores. You will build relationships with store managers, address inquiries, coordinate promotions, and ensure timely collections while meeting sales targets and reporting on performance and merchandising

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate.
• 1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing retail outlets to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to maintain customer engagement, understand business needs, and identify sales opportunities.
• Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, new product introductions, and promotional activities.
• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and utilise CRM data to recommend suitable products and increase sales revenue.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and identify opportunities to maximise account potential.
• Conduct regular merchandising visits to various outlets and ensure products are neatly stocked and displayed.
• Check labels, price tags, wobblers, shelf talkers, and POS materials are positioned correctly.
• Monitor product availability, shelf placement, and promotional displays to maximise visibility.
• Identify and report out-of-stock items and merchandising issues.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address stock replenishment and display requirements.
• Provide merchandising updates and photographic reports when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, buyers, and existing customers.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve sales-related issues promptly.
• Communicate product updates, promotions, and new launches to customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
