Job summary

Leapfroglobal in Singapore seeks an Account Manager to grow relationships with B2B and corporate customers for our IT hardware brands, driving sales growth and boosting brand presence through effective account management and marketing initiatives.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar IT distribution role, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and excellent written and spoken English. You will visit retailers, coordinate promotions, and support roadshows to generate leads and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within IT distribution channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B and corporate customer accounts to maintain relationships and drive repeat sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing account management strategies.
• Conduct regular visits to retailers' outlets to maintain marketing displays and product demonstrations, ensuring brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor and follow up on customer orders and promotional activities to ensure timely fulfilment and maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate and track marketing events, activities, and deadlines to support brand campaigns and product launches.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends.
• Update price lists and ensure customers are updated on the latest product offerings.
• Monitor and manage social media platforms by scheduling and posting relevant content regularly to maintain brand presence and engagement.
• Plan and execute roadshows and exhibition setups locally and occasionally overseas to showcase products and generate leads.
