People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driven B2B Sales/Account Manager to grow strategic accounts. You will manage relationships, identify client needs, and close opportunities across printers, document management, IT services and digital workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• At least a diploma or degree with 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing sales, B2B sales or account management role.
• Fresh Graduates who are keen to explore a B2B sales role are welcomed to apply.
• Highly driven, resilient, and results-focused with a passion for customer engagement and service excellence.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with a good command of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow new and existing relationships within key customer accounts.
• Maintain updated records of account history, activities, and opportunities.
• Drive sales and achieve targets by selling office printers, printing solutions, document management and IT services.
• Analyze account potential to uncover cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline through meetings, calls, and written communication.
• Lead large-account selling efforts and engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Manage end-to-end tender process from strategy to proposal preparation.
• Provide after-sales support and update management on pipeline and outcomes.
