Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive sales professional to grow our acoustic and building materials business. You will develop new opportunities with interior designers, architects and contractors, promoting products and managing quotes from enquiry to installation.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in B2B sales in building materials, with strong negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in building materials or interior fit-out preferred.
• Ability to read basic architectural drawings and project requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors and industry partners.
• Promote acoustic and building material products to potential clients.
• Identify and follow up on commercial fit-out, office, government and education projects.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and product proposals.
• Follow up on projects from enquiry to order, delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with internal Design, CAD, Warehouse and Operations teams.
• Maintain sales pipeline and develop new leads through networking and industry events.
