Job summary
Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive for interior/architectural products based in Sungei Kadut, Singapore. You will develop new business opportunities, promote interior and furniture solutions, and read design drawings to prepare proposals.
The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to liaise in English and Mandarin. A vehicle is advantageous for client visits and travel within the area.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma/degree with 1–2 years of sales experience in interior, renovation, furniture, architectural products or building materials.
- Able to read and interpret technical or design drawings.
- Strong sales, communication and client relationship skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking counterparts when required.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Promote and sell interior, furniture and architectural solutions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Provide technical and product advice during client discussions.
- Coordinate with Design, Project and Operations teams on project requirements.
- Follow up on project progress and client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
