Job summary

BSM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic marketing and sales leader to drive growth in Singapore's interior construction sector.

You will coordinate market analysis, manage multiple projects, and work with sales teams to achieve business results and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/certification in architecture, interior design, or related fields, and a minimum of three years' sales experience within interior construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the interior construction sector.
• Strong presentation and time management skills are required.
• Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to drive year-on-year sales growth in Singapore.
• Collaborate with Zonal Sales teams to grow market share on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate market analyses with sales teams to define accurate sales forecasts and plans.
• Deliver targeted product knowledge training to sales personnel to improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple interior construction projects including electrical, ceilings, carpentry, tiling, and fit-out works.
• Monitor subcontractor work quality and ensure timely handover to clients; oversee payment processing.
• Apply effective presentation and time management skills to support sales and project coordination.
