Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a motivated Sales Executive in Singapore to develop new business, manage client relationships, and promote licence application and consulting solutions. This hands-on, client-facing role involves engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You will identify opportunities, deliver proposals, and work with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and can be delivered effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, client engagement and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and referrals.
• Engage prospective clients to understand business requirements and needs.
• Present licence application and consulting solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage sales cycle from enquiry to contract completion.
