Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to drive revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities in licence application and regulatory compliance services. You will be the main contact for clients, understand their licensing needs, and propose tailored solutions while coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a willingness to travel to client

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Candidates with no experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in sales or business development will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with URA/HDB/SCDF/SFA guidelines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and develop new business opportunities
