ENSINGER ASIA HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth in the Singapore market. You will hunt new business, convert leads into revenue, and develop strategies to expand market share.

You will collaborate with internal teams, attend industry events, and maintain CRM accuracy while aiming to meet revenue targets and KPIs. This role offers a dynamic fast-paced environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Interest in new business development and sales.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new business opportunities in the Singapore market.
• Convert leads into sales revenue through strong prospecting and follow-ups.
• Develop sales strategies and business proposals to grow market share.
• Prepare market analyses and business plans to support growth initiatives.
• Achieve revenue targets and clearly defined sales KPIs.
• Work closely with internal teams to execute growth plans.
• Attend networking and industry events to generate new leads.
• Track sales activities and performance, and provide clear reports to management.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates for all leads, enquiries, and quotations.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with the team.
