Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Willingness to learn and start with no experience if eager to grow.
• Experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with URA/HDB/SCDF/SFA guidelines is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn facilities management.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and resilient.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and follow up with prospective clients.
• Present and sell licence-application solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and manage contracts.
• Analyze customer needs and feedback to support acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required.
