Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a driven Sales Executive to engage business owners and manage end-to-end sales cycles for setup and compliance services in Singapore.

You will build relationships with clients, understand their needs, prepare proposals, and stay updated on local regulations from URA, BCA, SCDF, and NEA. North-East location, Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, and business owners.
• Understand client needs and advise on solutions related to business setup, compliance, submission processes, and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Stay updated on Singapore regulations related to land use, building compliance, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track performance.
