Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager for the Greater China Region to define and deliver local marketing strategy, partnering with global teams to drive B2B marketing initiatives that align with global goals.

You will work with sales partners, measure impact, and manage budgets to achieve business outcomes. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with a hybrid work model and weekly in-office collaboration from a commutable location.

Qualifications

• Minimal 6-8 years experience in integrated marketing including previous experience working with resellers/agencies.
• Strong comfort level with B2B marketing.
• Must have proven integrated marketing experience in the Greater China region including deep understanding of local insights, media landscape, and digital platforms.
• Fluency in business Mandarin, Simplified Chinese and English is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the local marketing strategy to support the business in the Greater China Region, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors.
• Develop & own key initiatives that are aligned to global business marketing strategies to shift advertiser perceptions and behaviours. This includes strategies across industry marketing, owned events, content marketing, trade media and industry body partnerships, executive engagement, scaled education and success story creation.
• Develop scalable processes to enable our global sales partners in the region, offering consultation and guidance to ensure their success
• Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally and meet local sales and marketing needs.
• Measure the impact of local marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
