Pinterest is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager for the Greater China Region to oversee a high-value advertiser portfolio, drive sustainable revenue growth, and deepen strategic relationships with flagship partners.

You will blend commercial acumen, data-driven storytelling, and platform expertise to help clients achieve business objectives on Pinterest. You’ll mentor other account managers to ensure top-tier service and performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in digital advertising or media sales.
• Proven ability to turn data into persuasive storytelling and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project management skills across multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team player with technical and non-technical partners.
• Deep expertise in digital advertising and media, including optimization and measurement.
• Experience with Search, Shopping, Display, and/or Social advertising technologies.
• Experience with ecommerce/retail advertisers and understanding growth drivers.
• Fluency in business Mandarin and English.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to monitor performance and opportunities.
• Curiosity about AI trends and adopting new tools.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute strategic account plans for key Greater China advertisers.
• Build senior-level relationships and advise on media strategy and measurement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet partner needs.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.
• Master Pinterest campaign best practices and performance solutions.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns across targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement.
• Lead end-to-end client meetings and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Advise on holistic media strategies including audience, bidding, and attribution.
• Stay updated on product roadmap and AI-powered features.
• Champion AI tools adoption to improve performance and efficiency.
