Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner for Key Accounts in the Greater China Region (GCR) to grow strategic partnerships with export advertisers, with a focus on Retail and Ecommerce.

You will be a trusted advisor at the senior level, aligning with executive teams and driving multi-year growth through data-driven storytelling and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Measurement, Creative, and Performance Solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or a client-facing strategic role.
• Proven experience owning and growing C-suite and VP-level relationships at large advertiser or agency organizations.
• Deep expertise in Retail and/or Ecommerce advertising with growth drivers for export-focused advertisers from Greater China.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategic growth agenda for a portfolio of top-tier Greater China export advertisers, setting joint partnership objectives and driving sustained investment growth on Pinterest.
• Operate 6–12 months ahead of client planning cycles and align pitches to annual/quarterly cadences to shape Pinterest's role in clients' media mix.
• Build and own executive-level relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at flagship partners; act as Pinterest's senior external face.
• Lead new business opportunities within and beyond existing accounts to expand into new budget pools and untapped use cases.
• Serve as final escalation point for client issues, coordinating cross-functional resources to resolve complex challenges.
