Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager for the Greater China region to oversee a portfolio of high-value advertisers and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will combine commercial acumen, data-driven storytelling, and deep platform expertise to help clients achieve business objectives on Pinterest.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor other managers, and leverage AI-driven insights to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable performance for flagship partners.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in digital advertising or media sales with enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.
• Strong communication and project management across multi-stakeholder teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required for Greater China role.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategic account plans for key Greater China advertisers.
• Build senior-level relationships with flagship partners on media strategy and performance.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to meet needs.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead client meetings, identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue targets.
• Advise advertisers on holistic media strategies, bidding models, and attribution.
• Provide guidance on Pinterest ad products and AI-powered optimization.
