Job summary

Pinterest Singapore is seeking a senior advertiser partnerships manager to grow our Greater China Export advertisers, focusing on performance optimization and strategic growth. You will own verticals such as Apps, Ecommerce and Gaming, turning data into actionable insights to maximize outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present impactful recommendations in client meetings while aligning with our evolving ad product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital advertising or media sales managing performance‑oriented advertisers.
• Experience with Greater China Export advertisers is required; experience with Ecommerce, Retail, Apps, or Gaming is desirable.
• Managed a scaled portfolio of accounts (e.g., 10–20) with prioritization, rhythm, and strong execution.
• Data-backed storytelling and recommendations that drive measurable impact.
• Strong communication across geographies and functions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization and platform knowledge.
• Technical foundation with experience in performance-oriented channels (Search, Shopping, Display, Social).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for business purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of Greater China Export advertisers, engaging on performance and new opportunities.
• Own a verticalized book (e.g., Apps, Ecommerce, Gaming) and tailor strategies to each vertical’s needs and maturity.
• Turn partner goals into data-driven insights to help them succeed on Pinterest.
• Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, focusing on lower-funnel and performance products for export advertisers.
• Drive results by optimizing campaigns and delivering clear performance updates and recommendations.
• Lead and participate in client meetings to understand objectives and challenges across your portfolio.
• Cross-sell and upsell opportunities to exceed revenue targets using playbooks and testing frameworks.
• Advise advertisers on media strategies across targeting, bidding, creative, measurement, and testing opportunities.
• Provide guidance on product and service best practices and stay fluent on Pinterest’s evolving ad product roadmap.
• Collaborate with SS&O, Product, Measurement, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions to scale successful approaches.
• Maintain forecasts and pipeline visibility for your portfolio.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of torso-segment playbooks and share learnings.
