Job summary

Pinterest in Singapore is seeking a Lead Client Partner for the Greater China Region to grow strategic partnerships with export advertisers, focusing on Retail and Ecommerce and driving revenue across the Pinterest platform.

You will influence product directions, manage senior client relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes through data-driven storytelling and cross-functional collaboration. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or a client-facing strategic role.
• Experience owning and growing C-suite/VP-level relationships with senior credibility.
• Deep expertise in Retail and/or Ecommerce advertising, especially for GCR exporters.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategic growth agenda for top Greater China export advertisers.
• Plan 6–12 month client cycles and align to annual/quarterly cadences.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand into new budgets and use cases.
• Escalate client issues and marshal internal resources to resolve complex challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and solutions.
• Define multi-year learning agendas and a joint measurement system.
• Represent Pinterest at events and industry initiatives in the GCR ecosystem.
• Champion AI-powered advertising solutions at the executive level.
• Integrate AI tools into strategic workflows and client recommendations.
• Mentor Client Account Managers to elevate client delivery.
