Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager based in Penjuru, Singapore.

• 2–5 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo or logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to hunt new business and meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new business and customers.
• Meet targets and/or increase revenue, volumes and gross profit.
• Execute business development strategies and tactics.
• Interact with local and regional vendors to secure best rates for proposals.
• Manage and analyze performance of owned customers and take action as needed.
• Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids when required.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
