Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd invites an experienced Sales/BD professional to drive new business in freight forwarding, shipping and logistics.

The role requires hunting new customers, meeting targets, and coordinating with vendors while optimizing rates and proposals. You must have at least 5 years in sales/BD in freight/logistics and hold a Class 3 license with your own vehicle; location is Penjuru, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo, or logistics.
• Possess Class 3 License & Own Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new business and customers.
• Meet targets and/or increase revenue, volumes, and gross profit.
• Execute business development strategies and tactics.
• Interact with vendors to secure best rates for proposals.
• Manage and analyze performance of owned customers and actions.
• Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids when required.
• Maintain positive internal stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute ideas on process improvements and implementation.
