Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive (Corporate Events / B2B Sales) to drive growth with corporate clients near Jurong East MRT. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and closing event-related bookings in a permanent capacity.

Requirements include a Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in sales or BD. Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media for business development is essential, with strong proposals and client communication skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in sales, BD or client acquisition.
• Outbound prospecting experience including cold calls and cold emails.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media for business development.
• Able to manage sales targets and pipelines independently.
• Strong proposal/quotation and client-communication skills.
• Experience in events, hospitality, advertising, or service-based B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients for events and related services.
• Generate leads through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, social media, networking and referrals.
• Engage HR, Administration, Employee Engagement, Marketing and other corporate stakeholders.
• Introduce event packages and service offerings to prospective clients.
• Understand clients' event requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with support from the events team.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and prospective clients.
• Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and secure bookings.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track leads through to closure.
• Develop repeat business and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional event services.
• Coordinate confirmed requirements with operations/events team for execution.
