Job summary

Business Show Media Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our events-focused team. The role centers on identifying new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting digital conversations into commercial relationships.

You will engage via LinkedIn and email, collaborate with sales and marketing, and work toward measurable targets. The position offers SGD 3,500 monthly base salary plus SGD 2,000-3,000 monthly commission and on-site

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in business development or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong copywriting and engaging professional audiences.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and digital prospecting.
• Based in Singapore and legally allowed to work there.

Responsibilities

• Research high-potential prospects aligned with our ICP.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Create personalised messages to generate conversations and opportunities.
• Build and consistently develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging.
• Track outreach metrics and use data to improve results.
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
