Job summary

FairPrice Group is seeking a Senior Manager to own and run our fast-scaling B2B eCommerce business, a high-potential corporate channel. You will lead corporate account acquisition while shaping strategy, roadmap and a future team to scale the B2B portal with features for bulk ordering, invoicing, multi-user access, and tiered pricing.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Demonstrated experience launching, scaling a business or leading growth initiatives.
• Track record of closing corporate/enterprise deals and managing key relationships.
• Experience navigating large corporate structures with governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new corporate/B2B accounts across industries.
• Build a robust pipeline from lead gen to onboarding and contracts.
• Own strategic pricing, terms, and long-term client relationships.
• Define and execute the growth roadmap and GTM for the B2B portal.
• Lead and scale the B2B team as the business grows.
