Responsibilities

• Own the digital strategy and execution for HQ and franchise markets.
• Manage the ECommerce P&L and revenue targets.
• Lead multi-year strategic planning with the Head of ECommerce and FP&A.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Planning, Tech, and Operations.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives including Click & Collect.
• Provide data-driven insights to drive site experience and conversion.
