Job summary

B2K PET PRODUCTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to drive online revenue growth across our website and digital platforms. You will optimise the online store, manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximise sales performance.

The role involves planning digital campaigns, analysing data, and coordinating with marketing to enhance conversions and customer engagement. This position suits someone with 1–3 years in e-commerce and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Excellent data analysis and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and online sales.
Manage and optimise the company’s e-commerce platforms to improve performance.
Develop and monitor digital marketing campaigns and promotional calendars.
Analyse sales data and KPIs; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Improve product listings, pricing, inventory, and visuals to boost conversion.
Coordinate with logistics for smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
