Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 5–8 years in ECommerce with P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital strategy and execution for HQ and franchise markets with P&L responsibility.
• Lead multi‑year strategic planning and commercial campaigns across SEA and franchise markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Merchandising and Operations to optimize site experience and ROAS.
