Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a global electronics leader to recruit a Customer Service Executive for our Singapore team. The role covers order management, customer service, fulfilment coordination, and quotation handling in a multinational setting.

We seek a Diploma holder with at least 2 years in customer service or related roles, preferably in B2B. You will handle enquiries, coordinate deliveries, and support contract admin with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or customer operations.
• Experience supporting customers in a B2B environment will be advantageous.
• Exposure to planning, fulfilment, inventory, or operational coordination would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations (RFQ), order processing, and billing documentation
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, returns (RMA), and service-related enquiries
• Support contract administration and customer documentation requirements
• Coordinate samples, catalogues, and marketing material fulfilment
• Prepare service performance and complaint reports
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
• Participate in inventory stock takes and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education

Diploma in Business Administration
