Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support professional to handle enquiries, quotations and order processing from Tai Seng. You will liaise with customers on orders, delivery schedules and updates, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management with 3–5 years in related roles; polymers/chemicals experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Service / Sales Support / Order Management
• Experience in polymers, chemicals or related industry is advantageous
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP Business One experience preferred
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple orders effectively
• Singaporean only apply

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, quotations and order processing.
• Liaise with customers to clarify orders, confirm delivery schedules and provide updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier deliveries and inventory requirements.
• Monitor customer forecasts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain customer relationships and support service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product pricing and assist with invoicing, payment follow-up and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, environmental and company procedures.
