GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a skilled customer service professional in Singapore to manage B2B orders, liaise with internal teams, and ensure accurate deliveries. The role involves handling inquiries via email and WhatsApp, maintaining pricing consistency, and ensuring thorough documentation.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, and draft quotations using approved pricing guidance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a B2B customer service role.
• Experience in Food Service / FMCG sector preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers in Singapore via email and WhatsApp.
• Oversee business client orders, including bulk purchases and deliveries.
• Maintain order accuracy, pricing consistency, and complete documentation.
• Respond to inquiries on products, lead times, pricing, and order status.
• Resolve post-delivery issues such as exchanges or returns.
• Provide required documentation like Halal Certificates, Product Specs, COA.
