About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to manage and enhance the reliability, security, and performance of Cloud Platform (Azure). This role offers hands‑on exposure to cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern cloud technologies, while giving you the opportunity to drive platform modernisation in a highly impactful environment.

Employment Type: Contract, renewable basis

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support Azure cloud platforms in regulated environments
• Manage Day‑2 operations, including incident, problem, change, availability, and capacity management
• Ensure compliance with government security, audit, and governance standards (e.g. GCC, IM8)
• Implement and maintain monitoring, automation, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Deliver cloud initiatives such as migrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements
• Apply ITIL / ITSM best practices and contribute to service performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience in cloud platform operations (Azure), exp with GCC would be advantageous
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, security controls, and compliance requirements
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
