OCBC Singapore is seeking an AVP-level Wealth Management Operations professional to drive delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration within Group Wealth Operations. You will coordinate with wealth management teams and external custodians to ensure seamless post-trade lifecycle support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Operations, preferably within private banking, with knowledge of Custody, Nostro agents, Securities Services & Derivatives.
• Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills, interfacing with Senior Management and support teams.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Business, Products and other supporting Functions (Finance, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Risk) to support new products and services.
• Represent Operations in Functional Specialist Meeting to document process flows for new products and services and coordinate product papers review.
• Manage tracking and closure of project and change deliverables related to new products and services.
• Project management of key strategic projects and business initiatives across Group Wealth Operations (GWO).
• Drive operational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external custodians/nostro agents on new regulatory or service changes.
