Job summary

OCBC in Singapore seeks an experienced Wealth Management Operations AVP to lead support for new products and services. You will partner with business, product, and technology teams to ensure effective post-trade processing and lifecycle management across GWO.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in operations within private banking, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a track record of driving transformational initiatives. A Singapore-based role offering growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Experience in private banking operations preferred.
• Strong meeting organization and senior stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business, Products and Support Functions to back new products/services.
• Represent Operations in meetings and document process flows for new products.
• Track and close projects and change deliverables for new services.
• Project manage strategic initiatives across Group Wealth Operations.
• Drive operational transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Liaise with custodians/nostro agents on account opening, maintenance and closure.
