OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Wealth Management Operations Specialist to perform pre-processing checks for client payments and callbacks within Asset Services. You will support Remittance activities, ensure approvals, and maintain strict control over end‑of‑day processes.

The role requires meticulous, deadline‑driven work, strong English communication, and collaboration with Front Office and support teams. A 6‑month contract with attractive development opportunities awaits.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in Private Bank Operations especially in Remittances, Callback or Client Service.
• Tertiary education with a good academic track record.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
• Clear written & verbal communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Client-oriented mindset.
• Meticulous and good team player.
• Ability to work independently & drive initiatives forward until delivery.
• Ability to work effectively with Front Office and Support staff, at all levels.
• Ability to work & deliver under time pressure.
• Proactive in identifying any process gaps, providing or suggesting solutions to improve productivity.
• Ability to perform ad‑hoc system testing

Responsabilidades

• Pre-processing checks for payments and related transactions.
• Perform callback verification on required transactions.
• Ensure all relevant approvals are obtained and compliant with client signing mandates.
• Escalate deviations to procedures as needed.
• Handle BAU queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• End-of-day control checks and sign-off on daily tasks.
• Identify risk issues and liaise with Front Office for mitigation.
• Contribute to change management and process improvements.
