You will contribute to growth, workforce strategy, talent development and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and commercial focus required.
Experience in corporate strategy, workforce planning or business development preferred.
Wealth management or financial services background advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support annual business planning, budgeting and forecasting for International Wealth.
Develop business cases and financial models to back growth initiatives.
Coordinate workforce planning, talent development and partnerships across markets.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR and Operations to drive governance.
