Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Wealth Management Operations AVP to support post-trade custody services, lifecycle management and regulatory changes. You will partner with Business, Products, Finance and Legal to document processes and ensure timely delivery of new products and services.

You have 7+ years in operations within private banking, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders while driving transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 7 years of Operations experience, preferably in private banking.
• Strong meeting organization and facilitation, capable with Senior Management.
• Delivery focused, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support new products and services with Business, Finance, Technology and Compliance.
• Document process flows and coordinate product papers reviews.
• Track and close project deliverables related to new products and services.
• Manage strategic projects and business initiatives across Group Wealth Operations.
• Drive operational transformation and liaise with custodians/nostro agents on changes.
• Oversee custody/nostro account openings, maintenance and closures.
