Job summary

OCBC is seeking a senior professional to lead digital transformation initiatives across the RM Marketing and Servicing Journey. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, operations and designers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions aligned with business needs.

You will drive transformation strategies, re‑engineer policies, and embed customer insights into requirements while championing agile practices and change management across geographies.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in building software products and re-engineering business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design transformative digital solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and adaptability.
• Experience with Agile development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Complement Product Owners in ideation, design, development, and launch of digital solutions.
• Develop transformation strategy and manage cross-functional workstreams.
• Re‑engineer policies and processes before digitalisation and automation.
• Represent customer voice, conduct usability studies and market analysis for requirements.
• Lead change management and build strong user relationships for smooth rollouts.
• Advance innovation and digital culture while avoiding over‑engineering.
