Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior/Deputy Payments Lead to head end-to-end corporate cash management operations and act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients. • Monitor liquidity flows, reconcile balances, and resolve ledger discrepancies across accounts.

As the Senior/ Deputy Payments Lead, take charge of end-to-end corporate cash management operations while acting as a trusted operational advisor to corporate clients

• Serve as the central point of contact for corporate client enquiries, managing complex cash management and transaction investigations through to timely resolution.
• Oversee the daily processing and validation of domestic and cross-border fund transfers, bulk payments, and local clearing services.
• Monitor liquidity flows, balance reconciliation exceptions, and resolve ledger discrepancies across internal and counterparty accounts.
• Ensure all daily transaction processing complies strictly with prevailing central banking regulations and internal operational risk frameworks.
• Partner with technology and product teams on market-wide initiatives, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing for industry messaging upgrades

• At least 6-7 years of corporate banking payment and settlements operations, corporate cash management, or payment processing environments.
• Strong working familiarity with international messaging standards, local payment rails, and clearing mechanisms.
• Demonstrated experience resolving operational exceptions, balance breaks, and complex payment queries.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory risk controls, transaction screening processes, and local compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
