Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive the modernization of Group Payment Operations through platform solutions, automation, and technology initiatives. The role partners with Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable platforms and end-to-end transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in payment operations or related banking.
• Experience with payment platforms, workflow, case management, and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment operations transformation with platform modernization and automation.
• Define target operating model for payment operations with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Architecture, and Ops to deliver scalable platforms.
• Implement modern payment processing platforms and intelligent automation.
• Streamline processes through digitization and STP enhancements.
• Define requirements, design reviews, UAT, planning, and readiness.
• Manage end-to-end transformation programs within scope, budget, quality.
• Lead process re-engineering to reduce manual interventions and improve controls.
• Harmonize payment processes across geographies and products.
• Translate business requirements into platform solutions with Ops/Tech liaison.
• Use AI, data analytics, and metrics to drive automation opportunities and efficiency.
