Qualifications

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing with external payroll vendors.
• Payroll validation, reconciliation and controls.
• Statutory reporting including CPF, tax reporting, and leave claims.
• Support payroll for international employees and cross-border mobility.
• Vendor management and resolution of operational issues; drive improvements.
• Handle employee payroll questions and related matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with external payroll vendors.
• Perform payroll validation and reconciliation; ensure payroll controls.
• Handle statutory reporting (CPF, tax, leave claims) and related compliance.
• Support payroll activities for international employees and cross-border assignments.
• Oversee payroll vendor performance and address operational issues.
• Assist in payroll audits, system implementations and enhancements.
• Answer employee queries related to payroll, deductions and records.
• Maintain HR/payroll documentation and ensure policy compliance.
