Qualifications

• You possess strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with diverse teams.

• Good problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail in ground handling processes.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and transactions.
• Experience in customer service or operations support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Flight Controller
• Support Duty Terminal Manager to coordinate airline hub station ground handling activities.
• Manage ground handling activities for flights via use of different flight data & communication systems to ensure operations progress as planned.
• Support airlines and airport agencies to coordinate airport ground operational activities during exceptional crisis situations.
