Job summary

Airmark Aviation (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated Flight Dispatcher to support flight operations end-to-end. You will prepare flight plans and dispatch paperwork, monitor operations, and coordinate with pilots, ATC and ground teams to ensure timely, safe flights.

The role requires strong knowledge of weather, NOTAMs, routing, fuel planning and aviation documentation, with a focus on safety, accuracy and effective problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Flight Operations / Flight Dispatch.
• Experience as Flight Dispatcher or Flight Operations Officer is preferred.
• Good knowledge of flight planning and dispatch procedures.
• Familiar with NOTAMs, METAR, TAF, weather charts, and aviation docs.
• Understanding of aircraft performance, fuel planning, routing and alternates.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and operational standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate flight plans, dispatch documents and operations.
• Monitor flight operations from departure to arrival and support crew.
• Review weather forecasts, NOTAMs, airspace restrictions and conditions.
• Assist in choosing routes, flight levels, fuel and alternates.
• Track aircraft movements and report delays, diversions or disruptions.
• Coordinate with pilots, ATC, ground handling, airports and departments.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and aviation regulations.
• Provide timely weather/route updates to flight crews.
• Maintain flight records, dispatch docs and operational reports.
• Support disruption management including delays and cancellations.
• Coordinate during emergencies and ensure documents are complete.
• Assist daily planning and reporting for the Flight Operations team.
• Stay aware of applicable aviation regs, company policies and safety.
