Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Coordination Officer to manage telex communications, update CRO Editor entries, and inform relevant teams of aircraft changes. You will handle stretcher/Supplementary Oxygen kit requests, maintain flight observer charts, and respond quickly to last-minute changes, with a rotating 3 days on / 2 days off morning shift.

The role requires a minimum ITE certificate or diploma, proficiency in Excel and SAP, and strong communication

Qualifications

Minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in any discipline.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Able to read and understand telex and react accordingly.
Experience in coordination, data entry, updating stretcher/kit charts in systems and generating reports.
Able to respond quickly to last-minute aircraft changes and react promptly.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Read telex and action accordingly.
Inform apron of aircraft changes, edit in CRO Editor and send CALL BACK to all concerned.
Update stretcher/oxygen kit requests and update charts in the systems.
Update flight observer chart and fax to IGO and provide copies to MAINTROL.
Handle last-minute aircraft changes and inform refuellers directly when changes occur.
Prepare SQ and Scoot Delay reports.
