• 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face engagements.

• Comfortable working in outdoor carpark settings; non-desk role.
• Independent, detail-oriented, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a valid Class 3A driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for daily AV depot operations.
• Oversee vehicle readiness including charging, cleaning, and inspections.
• Coordinate shift schedules and maintain accurate logs.
• Liaise with vendors and fleet teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
• Escalate operational issues to relevant teams.
