Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Officer in Redhill for the Automotive Services Industry. The role involves handling customer calls for breakdown assistance, recording and registering service requests, and updating records to ensure accuracy.

You will assign jobs to service providers, coordinate with external contractors when needed, and respond professionally to inquiries and complaints. Training is provided, and shift work is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers requesting vehicle breakdown assistance.
• Record customer details and register job requests for breakdown and recovery services.
• Update job details in the system to ensure accurate records and tracking.
• Assign jobs to service providers and follow up on progress to ensure timely assistance.
• Liaise with external contractors to arrange additional support when needed.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally, referring complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Process credit card payments for services when required.
• Provide general operational and administrative support as assigned.
