Job summary

A technology solutions firm in Singapore is looking for a Workflow Developer with 7-10 years of experience working with Automic Automation Engine or similar systems. The ideal candidate will design and adapt complex workflows, handle service requests related to job scheduling, and advise IT service owners on automation processes. Knowledge of Unix, Java, Shell scripting, and IT Operations is required. This role is critical for optimizing workflow automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in workflow development with Automic or similar job scheduling systems.
• Exposure to technical requirement analysis and coordination.
• Knowledge in Change & Release Management and Incident Management.
